My name is Szilvia. My family and I live at Sisar Creek Sanctuary, a hidden gem we love to share with guests who seek what we find so special about it; beauty and tranquillity that allows us to reset and restore body and mind. We share our place with an abundance of wildlife, cats, dogs, goats, a flock of chickens and hundreds of hummingbirds. We are home to The Hummingbird Sanctuary, a unique place that offers once in a lifetime close encounters with hummingbirds! We also host hands-on goat encounters; spend some relaxing time with our friendly goats and learn everything you ever wanted know about them!

Need to get AWAY and reconnect with NATURE? Need a BREAK and more GREEN? Come stay surrounded by our ancient Live Oaks, and our lush garden. We invite you to take a cool dip in the creek from your private deck on the water, hike up to the nearby Punch Bowls swim holes or walk the park-like grounds of our neighbor, the historic Thomas Aquinas college. Watch birds and critters, star gaze without city lights, or just relax by the fire on your private patio. 15 minutes to Ojai, 25 to Ventura beach.

Neighbourhood information

Our property is secluded, tucked away in the foothills between Ojai and Santa Paula. Our property borders the Campus grounds of Thomas Aquinas College, and backs Sisar creek and surrounding hiking trails. We have neighbors only on one side. Your accommodation is very private and quiet. You will need to have your own car to get around, as there is no regular public transportation nearby. 2 cars can park right next to the trailer.
