Should you desire to adventure beyond what the mountain has to offer by exploring the shops, restaurants, and bars in downtown Crested Butte, the free town shuttle is a 4 minute walk and makes pick-ups every 15 minutes. From Gunnison, take Highway 135 North through the town of Crested Butte straight up Gothic Rd. to Mt. Crested Butte. During your stay the easiest way to get around Crested Butte is the free town shuttle with a stop less than a 5 minute walk from the front door.
