I will send you a text message at 1:00 PM on how to self check in. This is not a hotel, we do not have 24/7 customer service. You can contact owner between 11 AM and 5 PM only. It is a clean room with a private bathroom, blackout blinds, and a queen bed. It is very simple for a quick stay or a week stay. Air condition temperature is at 74 degrees Fahrenheit and i cannot lower it. There is a tv, but you must have your own account for the services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) Towels are available. One towel per guest. One pillow per guest. Nothing fancy. You can get your own Kitchen use is limited to ONLY the microwave and fridge. You cannot leave any garbage in the kitchen No windows are to be opened

It is a middle class neighborhood in West Boca Raton. 13 minutes away from the beach depending on traffic. Room is walking distance away from Walmart. Publix and Target are also very close by. Safe area. Many restaurants are very close by as well
