Escape to the lake and experience a getaway like no other at this fantastic three-story home on Smith Mountain Lake! The home offers a private dock so you can explore the sparkling waters of the lake from another point of view. This family-friendly lakefront retreat enjoys three levels full of comfort, great amenities, hardwood floors throughout, and splendid water views. On the main level, which is located on the second floor, you will discover a beautifully decorated open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in the living room, which offers a bookshelf full of entertaining books, water views, and a smart TV. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed chef's kitchen, which features all GE Monogram appliances and a gas cooktop. Just outside of the dining area is a lovely seating area that is a perfect place to have morning coffee and relax as the calm lake readies itself for the day's activities. A larger outside porch off the living area is complete with rocking chairs to watch the sunset. You will also find the primary suite on this level. This suite is spacious and features its own sitting room completely surrounded by casement windows, an exquisite en suite bathroom fully tiled in marble with a large double shower, a large jetted garden tub, separate vanities, and a walk-in closet. The ground level enjoys an entertaining rec room with a smart TV, a foosball table, and a well-appointed kitchenette with a French-door fridge, convection oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Two additional bedrooms can be found as well. From this level, you have easy access to the waterfront patio where you will discover inviting sitting areas, loungers, and a lakefront firepit that is the perfect spot to gather with your loved ones to roast s'mores. The upper level features a lofted sitting area overlooking the great room and two bedrooms.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
