Property information

This New Duplex Construction home offers you 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with high ceilings. The kitchen is well stocked and ready to serve you and your family. A BBQ grill is located in the backyard and an air fryer with a grill option is also available. There is a screen lanai area with seating available to enjoy your morning coffee. The living area is an open space with the kitchen and dining area. In the media center you will find board and card games to enjoy with your family. The laundry space has a new washer and dryer with complimentary detergent. This home will serve you for comfort , just as your personal home. Within 15 min you can be at several beaches, fishing areas and golf courses. We provide 2 beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a soft sided cooler bag. Two Cruiser bikes are available for your bike rides in this wonderful neighborhood. A space created for relaxation and enjoyment of a home that mimics a contemporary french home . You'll notice the details and gentle design in this bright and happy home.
