If you feel like adventuring through Portland and want to base out of Southeast where you sit almost directly between Division and Hawthorne on 32nd, it is hard to find a better location than this one. You have a private entrance on the side of the house that leads down to a newly converted basement. It is clean, neat, and has some wonderful amenities. Every single thing in this retreat is brand new. It is a large spacious area divided between a sitting and living area and the bedroom area with a full bathroom and kitchenette. In the living area, the couch folds down into a bed. It is great for kids but depending on size may not be great for adults. The bed however is new and comfortable. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and refrigerator as well as a newly remodeled full bathroom. A brand new high end self inflatable air mattress has been made available for guests.
