Huge roomy house with large entertaining area. 4 bedrooms 2 baths with a big boat dock. This property is located literally right behind Plantation Inn Resort & Golf Course, on the same canal. Large open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room combo. Huge back room for entertaining with TV and pull-out Queen sleeper couch. 3 minutes away from Three Sister Springs. Fort Island beach is 7 minutes away. The golf course is one block away. Manatee watch from our dock. You can go scalloping, enjoy the springs, and golf all in one visit. Fort Island Beach area also has a boat ramp and fishing pier down the road. Shared Space: The swimming pool is shared with our other house guests across the street. I own the other house across the street and it is a vacation rental as well. Great for a family reunion if you can get both homes. Inquire if you're interested in renting out both if it's available. If possible, bring your own cooler to store your scallops/fish. There will be NO storage area for your non-shuck scallops.
