Spacious upper private unit of the house, peaceful and centrally-located in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to lake Loveland and Benson Sculpture Garden. Two+ bedrooms with California King and Queen bed, additional trundle bed, fully stocked kitchen, forty minutes to Estes Park, ten minutes to Fort Collins and one hour north of Denver and Boulder. The master bedroom has a private deck. Equipped with exterior security cameras and keyless entry for easy access for the guest.
I’m a father of four kids, rock climber, carpenter, welder, new app developer and devoted partner. I love meeting new people and my family! The host live across the street from the house.
The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood near lake Loveland. Most guest have their own car or have a rental car. Their is a public bus service in Loveland. We provide two bicycles. We ask guest to lock them up with the provided lock.
