We love Brian Head for its quiet, serene and picturesque qualities. The Chalet encompasses all of it. My goal is to provide you with a comfortable, clean, and welcoming space where you can relax and unwind. We however, want you to strictly follow the house rules so that the guests after you continue to enjoy the chalet for years to come.. HOUSE RULES & TERMS OF YOUR STAY – 298 WEST EAGLES ROOST – THE CHALET Welcome to The Chalet! A friendly and important reminder on the house rules: 1. Guests and visitors should park in the driveway or down on the street from April to November 15th. STRICTLY NO PARKING ON THE STREET FROM NOVEMBER TO APRIL. VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED. 2. Please limit the use of shoes inside the home. 3. No smoking inside the house. 4. No pets allowed. 5. No parties or events unless pre-approved. 6. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. 7. Please do not flush anything except toilet papers. 8. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. 9. Make sure to turn off the lights and electronics when you leave the house. 10. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. 11. Report any damages and/or breakages before leaving. 12. Wash the dishes, and throw out the trash before checkout 13. You are welcome to use the hot tub. However, we are not responsible if you are allergic . Also, please put the cover on as soon as you are done using the hot tub. Water evaporates in the mountains faster, and the hot tub will be damaged if the water levels recedes below the jets. Any damage caused due to this will be recovered from the guest. 14. We have state of the art BBQ smoker from Traeger which runs on pellets. We provide pellets as a courtesy but it's not a part of the agreement. Bring your own Traeger pellets which is available at Home Depot. Please familiarize yourself. Manual at the chalet.

Brian Head is primarily known for its ski resort which is full during the winters. During the summer the area boosts of incredible mountain biking, hiking trails, rock climbing, avalanche tubing, scenic chairlift rides. The weather is perfect for summer activities on most days. The mountains have a very scenic look and even a casual walk seems such a treat.
