A/C individual thermostat Front desk will ask for a credit card for the Security Deposit, where 250 will be held for eventual damages. It will be immediately released at the check-out. This is a quiet neighbor, out of the crowds and sounds of the south beaches. Being close to the beach is one of the major attractions, our property is located right across the bridge.
