A/C individual thermostat. Equipment in our 1b/1b: microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator w/freezer, oven, cooktop, basic cookware, tableware for 4, dishwasher, washer and dryer machine . Iron, hair dryer. Bedroom w/ King size bed Walk-in closet, Bathroom with tub. Smart TV 55” bedroom. Smart TV 65” living room Balcony Pool. Balcony with outdoor seating. A/C individual thermostat Front desk will ask for a credit card for the Security Deposit, where 250 will be held for eventual damages. It will be immediately released at the check-out. Welcome to Hallandale Beach! This city is located between Sunny Isles and Hollywood. This exclusive and family-friendly beach is one of the best located, in north Miami. This is a quiet neighbor, out of the crowds and sounds of the south beaches. In the immediate surroundings you will be able to find all the necessary basics shops for your vacation: from supermarkets to pharmacies, restaurants, fancy malls and gulfstream. Being close to the beach is one of the major attractions, our property is located right across the bridge. Can be reach in a short and pleasant walk (or just take the condominium shuttle!) 2 Minute-walk to the beach, 5/10 minute-walk to kids playgrounds Close to US1, quick access to I-95 highway, 10 min from Aventura Mall, 5 min from Gulfstream Park (horse racing and casino) 40 min from Miami Intl Airport, 20 min from Lauterdale Intl Airport, 20 min drive to Bal Harbour Shops, 35 min drive to Sawgrass Mills Premium Outlet.
