THIS VILLA HAS A MINIMUM STAY OF 7 NIGHTS OR MORE. This Spectacular Relaxing Villa near Bethany Beach is spacious and provides 2800 sq ft of room for the whole family. A luxurious 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with a unique double loft that provides extra room. Nicely decorated in beach decor and very comfortable. Giving luxury and style for your vacation stay. This villa is fully equipped to accommodate all your needs! THERE ARE SECURITY CAMERAS ON THIS PROPERTY!
I am a middle aged female who is very out going and loves mini vacations. I enjoy hosting because I want my guest to feel like they are enjoying their vacation with all the comforts of home, like I do!
Located just minutes from the beach in a well kept resort style family community. Best of all, this Villa is located within walking distance to all the amenities! The Bay Forest community features: A marina for Canoe or Kayak launch, Indoor and outdoor basketball courts, playground, tennis courts, pickle ball, fitness centers, walking, nature and bicycle trails, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, putting green, volleyball court, two clubhouses, game room, community fire pit, two adult only lap pools, also a pool featuring a lazy river that everyone can enjoy. There is also a Bethany Beach shuttle bus that operates every hour DURING PEAK SEASON ONLY. (Memorial Day thru Labor Day) A shuttle bus stop is just a few steps away from this villa!
