Hi! Husband and wife duo - we created StayeasyLLC after we moved from the Midwest to the West Coast and realized that traveling is something we must imbed in our lives, and in our kids lives. We have been in the customer service and property management industry for 15+ combined years and decided to take our experience to the vacation rental level. We are driven by guests feedback and compliments - our goal is to provide the “I want to stay there again” experience. We hope you enjoy what we offer and continue to grow with us – either as a renter, or a client. We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via Airbnb messenger to answer any questions or concerns. We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

The city's eclectic downtown has long drawn surfers and hippies with its unique and dynamic blend of San Diego's top surf shops, coffeehouses and record stores, not to mention the beaches in Encinitas are coveted by locals as hidden gems. Encinitas is alternately known as the "Flower Capital of the World," because of its extensive collection of unique nurseries and gardens, most extensive of which is the San Diego Botanic Garden. We do ask for full payment upon booking - you will receive an invoice post booking. Booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

The locals believe the beaches in Encinitas are some of the best-kept secrets in the North County Coastal region. There is a healthy beach culture thriving here that invites you to lay back and enjoy what the southern California coast has to offer. Moonlight Beach is one of the most popular and is 0.7 miles away. D Street Beach is where the surfers are amongst the beautiful bluffs (lots of stairs down, beautiful views from the top) and is located 0.5 miles away. Swami's beach is mentioned in the Beach Boys' wave anthem, "Surfing USA" and is located 0.5 miles away and is thought of as a premier destination for those who take riding the waves seriously. All 3 of these beach access points are within walking distance. The entire Encinitas beach area has the restaurants, shops, yoga studios, and new-age meditation gardens you would expect of an environment dedicated to peaceful, easy feelings. The Main Street is 2 short blocks from the home. Walk, bike, drive, Uber Biking is very popular along PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) - nearby rental shops
