Two University of Michigan alum living on site. We love hosting and creating amazing memories for our guests.

This is an historic property and quite large encompassing three interconnected buildings including one used as a performance space and event hall. The outdoor areas offer a nice place to relax and read a book. You can walk in the neighborhood and look at all the beautiful Ann Arbor homes. Nichols Arboretum is close by and you can walk to the Huron River from here in about 30 minutes or less.

Ann Arbor is an excellent vacation spot! If you like the outdoors there are nice places to bike ride, kayak and hike either right out the side door or very close by.
The University of Michigan is very close and our house makes a great place to stay when you are coming to visit the University of Michigan or seeing a football game. All of your student kids are free even if they are in college.
