FURRY FRIENDS:
We welcome well-behaved fur babies in designated pet-friendly rooms, so please look for our (Pet Friendly) option when booking. The one-time pet fee is $150 and is non-refundable. A maximum of two pets are permitted per room. Dog breed restrictions apply.
All vaccinations, especially anti-rabies, must be current and valid. A vaccination certificate and a photo of the pet(s) must be provided before arrival.
A $500 fee will be charged for any unauthorized pets.
ACCESSIBILITY:
Please note that stairs are required to enter our studios, and we do not have an elevator on the property. However, our two-bedroom suites are ground-level, and some meet ADA accessibility requirements. If you need an ADA-accessible room, please contact us.
COMMON AREAS/AMENITIES:
Our property offers an abundance of amazing common areas and resort-style amenities for our guests to enjoy. These amenities include a fitness center, yoga classes, outdoor games, a putting green, rooftop decks, fire pits, hot tubs, a sauna, and a cold plunge.
While we want you to have a great time using these facilities, Spillway Lodges is not responsible for any personal injuries that may occur while using any common areas or amenities. If you decide to use any of these facilities, you do so at your own risk.
SMOKING & DAMAGES:
For the consideration of our guests, all of our guestrooms are smoke-free. If you or your guests choose to smoke in a guestroom, a $500 fee will be charged to the card on file. Additional fees will be applied if there is any considerable damage to your room during your stay.
GUEST'S VALUABLES/BELONGINGS:
