* Enjoy California Coastal Living at its finest! This property features a refreshing pool and relaxing spa, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure at Disneyland, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Legoland, or one of California's beautiful beaches. * With multiple bedrooms and common areas, it can comfortably host 12 people. The cozy fireplace in the living room and fully equipped gourmet kitchen add to the comfort. Families with children will appreciate all the baby gear and entertainment. * There is a refundable security deposit payable at least a week before your arrival date by bank transfer/ Zelle/ Venmo. * Please note that there is an optional pool and spa heating fee, which must be paid for the entire duration of your stay. If you choose this option, the pool will be heated to 85 degrees, and the spa will be heated to 104 degrees for the entire duration of your stay. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance because it takes time to heat the large pool. * If you decide not to choose this option, the pool and spa water will remain at 70+ degrees, even during the colder months. We can't heat the spa separately because it's a combo heater. * We love pets, but unfortunately, we can't allow them on the property. * Smoking is also not allowed in or around the property. * We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events here. * Keep in mind that we have installed outdoor noise monitoring devices to ensure that we comply with the city's quiet hours policy from 10pm to 7am. If the noise level exceeds 70 decibels for more than 10 minutes, you'll receive a warning to lower the noise level. If the loud noise continues, you'll be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund. * Keep the pool gate closed at all times. As there is no lifeguard on duty, you are responsible for the safety of everyone in your group. The host will not be held liable for any incidents.
