Stunning and luxurious Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home in the prestigious and historic Marmalade neighborhood by the Utah State Capitol. Built in 1916, this home is perched on an amazing lot offering sweeping views of the Salt Lake valley with exquisite sunsets. Even though you are in the city, only a five minute walk gives easy access to the heart of downtown SLC, as well as the beautiful City Creek Canyon & Memory Grove for walking or biking along the stream.

Enjoy the grand views with morning coffee on the oversized front porch or evening cocktails on the patio surrounded by mature trees, immaculate landscaping and colorful perennials.   This home is ideally situated in a distinguished, historical neighborhood in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. It is just west of Utah’s State Capitol, one of the grandest in the nation. You are just a few minutes’ walk to the center of downtown to enjoy great restaurants, shopping, theater, music, museums, sight-seeing, etc. It is just a 40-minute drive to seven of the best ski resorts in the world, as well as only about a 10-minute drive to the Salt Lake airport. This property location is very walkable to many of the must see sights in the city, canyon for hiking and exercise, and TRAX (Salt Lake's light rail system) and bus routes. If you have a car, driving is very easy because the city is laid out in a grid system, so you just need to count blocks, North, South, East or West. Uber, Lift and taxis are also a convenient and inexpensive way to get around.
