Property information

Warm and cozy, large 1 Bedroom garden apartment close to Uptown Charlotte. Bedroom and living areas are on different floors to ensure you have peace and comfort even while entertaining family and friends. Sleeps 4 people when the pullout sofa is used. Close to Bank of America Stadium (Panthers Football), Spectrum Arena (Hornets NBA Basketball) , The Epicenter. Activities for kids to enjoy: Rays Splash Pad, ImaginOn, Discovery Place and many more. Museums, etc. New Streetcar stops a block away

Neighbourhood information

This mostly residential neighborhood going through a renaissance. Walkable neighborhood. We offer free parking on site or you may elect to park on the street in front of the property. Easy access to the new light rail that is less than two city blocks away. Charlotte City Bus, Cats Light Rail, Uber and Lynks. Regular taxi service is available.
