A 5 minute drive North will take you to Montecito and a 10 minute drive will land you in Downtown Santa Barbara. So many options! Walk inside and take note of the sunlit Great Room filled with windows, vaulted ceilings, and French Doors. It connects to three spacious Bedrooms and three Bathrooms filled with custom carved wood accents. The real showstopper is outside on the native stone patios that feature expansive dining, entertainment spaces, and a water fall.
