The pools are now OPEN.. There is nothing better than being Sunkissed whilst sitting on the balcony with the sparkling blue ocean and the glistening sun in your face. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony watching the sunrise. The condo is spacious at 628 sq ft. and has recently been renovated. It sleeps up to 6 guest with 2 queen bed and a memory foam sofa bed in the living room. There's a kitchen with a cooktop and air fryer for you to prep your meal. The Dining table seats 6 with a bench seat tucked under the table. Smart tv with firestick for streaming and voice activated remote control and high speed internet. The condo is located in N Daytona with a shopping center across the street, public splash park nearby, mini golf, and Daytona Lagoon. The Shoppes at Ocean Walk is 2.5 miles away along with the Pier and Bandshell. This is 8 miles to Daytona International Speedway, 10 miles from the Airport, 40 miles to Disney, 30 miles to Marineland, 10 miles to Ponce Inlet, and 1 block away to Ormond Beach. *Coffee, cream and sugar are provided. *The shower has a shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser. *Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and toys are provided.

I enjoy hosting and am very hands on with the rentals ensuring housekeeping has cleaned and sanitize the rooms. Every piece of bedding is washed including the top cover. The condo is located in N Daytona with a shopping center across the street, public splash park nearby, mini golf, and Daytona Lagoon. The Shoppes at Ocean Walk is 2.5 miles away along with the Pier and Bandshell. Explore DeLeon Springs and the new Aquatic Center. Some of the restaurants I recommend is Stonewood, Hog Heaven, Starlite Diner, and Peach Valley Cafe.
