This beautiful beach front condo is the perfect place to relax. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a newly remodeled kitchen, cozy living room, and a perfect pier/ocean view from all the windows. Enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets, walk to restaurants and brunch spots, rent a scooter, a bike or maybe a surfboard! Swim in the pool and grill out on the BBQ in the community area. THE SPACE: 2 Bedroom home, each with ensuite bathrooms and perfect decor and furnishings. This amazing getaway has everything you would need for a weekend at the beach, a month working remotely or even a holiday dinner. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed (queen bed on bottom + full bed on top) and the living room has 2 futons providing multiple sleeping options. if you prefer to stay at home and cook, our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a homemade meal for your family and friends. And the living room is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, take a little nap and watch the sunset from the sofa. The gated garage provides the oh so coveted *assigned parking spot* and the condo community is very safe with several levels of security. GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to the entire condo and common areas. OtTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Pets are not allowed at this property. Underground parking garage has a 6' clearance. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

Pacific Beach is a relaxed neighborhood by the beach, popular with sunbathers, surfers, locals, and vacationers alike! Any beachgoer flocks to Pacific Beach. Trendy hotel bars and casual cafes line the boardwalk, while Mission Boulevard and the surrounding streets are dotted with clothing boutiques, yoga studios and casual drinking spots that draw a fun bar-hopping crowd. Just next door, Mission Beach has one of the last remaining wooden rollercoaster at Belmont Park, so be sure to check that out! Slightly more inland, the grassy slope of Kate Sessions Park has sweeping views of the city and San Diego Bay. Of course you're super close to Seaworld and if you prefer the zoo, just about a 10 minute drive to there. Downtown, the convention center, and Petco Park are about 15 minutes away. GETTING AROUND Pacific Beach is a very walkable neighborhood but a car is the best way to get around San Diego. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!
