The backyard oasis includes flexible seating and a refreshing plunge pool for daytime fun and cozy evenings under the stars. The outdoor WiFi/Bluetooth speakers offer the flexibility to play music for outdoor enjoyment separately or concurrently with the indoor music selections (just be mindful of the quiet neighborhood and respectful of neighbors). Inside, relax in the family room and enjoy movie nights on the large 85' TV with an indoor surround sound system. Unwind in style with comfortable sleeping arrangements including 2 King and 3 Queen beds plus rollaway Twin beds and a Queen sleeper sofa, if needed. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, with modern appliances and a large bar-style counter. For larger or more formal dining and entertaining, there is seating for up to 12 at the two extendable dining tables. This home is equipped with central AC and ceiling fans in each bedroom, surveillance cameras facing towards the front door and back door of the home along with conveniences like filtered drinking water/ice, a washer/dryer, hair dryers, and an iron to make your stay seamless. For those working remotely, a WiFi-connected printer is available upon request, and the garage can be made accessible for up to two cars if needed. Conveniently located near Miami International Airport and the cruise terminals, this home also offers easy access to local adventures like the Miami Zoo and Monkey Jungle. And with the ocean just a short drive away, you’ll have endless options for both relaxation and excitement.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 300 per stay is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
