The Island House Condominiums are located right on the ocean in Butler Beach, a lovely section of St. Augustine about eight miles south of the historic district. After a day of lounging on the beach, stroll home across the property's private boardwalk with the provided chairs, towels, and other beach gear in hand. Back at the condo, you can relax and unwind in your home away from home. The living space is spread out across two levels, with chic, contemporary decor found throughout. Beginning in the fully stocked kitchen, there are stainless steel appliances, generous cabinet storage, and a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. The rest of the main floor includes an accommodating dining space and a living room with a smart TV. You’ll have all the amenities needed for a complete and wonderful stay, including central air-conditioning and complimentary WiFi should you need to plug in.
