Welcome to The Sunrise Serenade! This delightful home has been fully enhanced to accommodate 10 guests and it is settled in a charming neighborhood in the area of South Florida. Located near the Sawgrass Mills Mall, Las Olas Blvd, Hard Rock Stadium and other locations. Perfect to relax, enjoy and have a great time with relatives and friend in fully private and amazing pool, game room, outdoor BBQ and commodities, and lounge areas.
Neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. There are several close by parks that you may visit. Streets are ideally for morning running routines. Parking is available in the driveway. Please do not park on the grass or the street or you might get towed. Be aware that I am not responsible for any towed vehicles.
