This is a STUDIO condo best suited for and restricted to 2 people only. Sunset Harbor Condos are positioned perfectly on the island, tucked away at the end of Navarre Beach where it is not too crowded or noisy and away from all the traffic.The island is not overdone with too many businesses or buildings. The beaches are very well maintained and monitored. Sunset Harbor Palms simply has everything guests could hope for and all in one place! Guests can enjoy watching the evening sunset every day from the condo window or go fishing anytime at the private fishing pier. Walking on the beach is great (and safe!) anytime day or night. Navarre Beach is a wonderful place and we are happy that we can share our little piece of paradise with others. Kayaking, paddle boarding and boating is enjoyed in the calm sound waters. Wind surfing and surf boarding is enjoyed on the gulf side waters with the larger waves and beautiful shells!

Sunset Harbor Palms condominums have extra enjoyment without extra expense! Guests have access to a private fishing pier and a gazebo to enjoy a quiet dinner or family gathering! The grounds at Sunset Harbor Palms are well-groomed and well maintained with beautiful green lawns and lush palm trees. It is easy to find your private spot on the quiet beach of Santa Rosa Sound. You can bring your boat or kayak and dock it right outside the condo complex. The complex is safe, well-lit, with a large parking lot and elevators. The fishing pier and large pool are private to residents and guests of Sunset Harbor Palms. The beach is on both sides of this property. The Santa Rosa Sound is 20 ft from the condo and across the street is the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with bigger waves and shells!.There is a paved pedestrian path for walking or biking all the way to Pensacola Beach (about 7 miles). You can stop and enjoy the beach all the way along this route on both sides of Gulf Shores National Seashore! The Gulf Breeze Zoo, Sea Turtle Conservancy, and the National Aviation Museum (Pensacola) are must see attractions. 5 restaurants are on the island and within short proximity to condo.
