Property information

Rare opportunity to stay along the Little Miami River and the Loveland Bike Trail at a property rich in history and character- Peters Cartridge Factory. Only 1.5 miles to Kings Island and along the bike trail and Little Miami River. Located in the same building at Cartridge Brewing Company. Property has an exercise room (open but still under construction) and a community room that is coming together as well.

Neighbourhood information

These lofts are not in a neighborhood, but rather in a unique setting- A brand new development right next to the river in a very old factory that has been completely renovated. The units are right on the Little Miami River and also on the Loveland bike trail. There is a fully operational brewery and restaurant on location. Most people bike, or walk, or hike. But, you will need a car or lyft or uber to get to the property. We are very close to kings island, the beach, and camp cedar.
