Chic, clean, smoke & pet-free, security monitored home. Spare room with queen bed available. Can walk to the Hard Rock Casino, Amphitheater or Fairgrounds if you want. Easy and quick access to I4, I75 and I275. Downtown/Ybor is 10 min ride, 20 mins to Raymond James and 30 mins to Tampa Int'l Airport. About 40 mins to Clearwater Beach. Fios high speed internet, Hulu, Netflix
I am friendly and enjoy meeting people. I love to travel and do so frequently.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Several usually walk around the neighborhood in the evenings. No loud outside noise after 10 pm.
