Our newly-renovated and professionally decorated guesthouse is centrally located in the heart of Murfreesboro: - MTSU: 0.6 mi - Broadway: 39 mi - Airport: 35 mi Features to note: - 1 bedroom with a queen bed and smart T.V. on the main floor. - A private loft with a trundle bed (two single beds). - Fire pit - There is a main house that is separate rental in front of the guest house; there is a fence between them, but they share a driveway. When you walk through the front door you will step into a hallway that leads to the living room. The bathroom is to your right and the stairs leading up to the lost are on the left. The main bedroom is off of the living room in the back of the house. It has a comfortable queen bed and a smart T.V. There is a main house that is also an airbnb if you are interested in renting it if you need to sleep 8 more. Both units are completely separate, though they do share a driveway. Guests have access to the full guest house and outdoor space surrounding it.
