Marco Island Public Beach Access is within four miles of your front door. The home's single-level living space is beautifully appointed for elegant coastal living. The full kitchen has everything you need for home cooking or preparing snacks on the go. Modern essentials like central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer ensure complete comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Smart TVs are equipped for casual home entertainment. An optional fee of USD 32 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
