Enjoy your favorite playlists and movies using the home's premium surround sound system. Each bedroom and bathroom also features its own Nest thermostat for personalized temperature settings, and a 60" TV with streaming and Alexa clocks for music and white noise. This home is nestled in the trees of the Sierra National Forest, which is full of mountains to hike and bike. In the summer, make the 12-mile drive to Huntington Lake Resort Marina, or drive 14 miles south to the more popular Shaver Lake Marina for plenty of fun on the water. If you brought your skis in winter, tear up the powder at China Peak Ski Resort, a short six miles from this rental. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
