Welcome to your fully furnished dream home! The perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience awaits you. Can be rented weekly or monthly. This home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath located in a charming suburban neighborhood on a cul-de sac. Relax in style in the spacious living room, perfect for family movie nights and entertaining friends. Home comes with a fully equipped kitchen with gleaming countertops and modern appliances. You have your own private paradise in the backyard oasis. Dive into the refreshing pool or unwind in the soothing spa. Convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer and private garage. Just 10 minutes to ASU and the Phoenix airport, 5 minutes to Mesa, Mesa Community College and Banner Hospital, 15 minutes to Chandler and Old Town Scottsdale, 30 minutes to Gilbert.
We are parents to 2 teenagers and love to travel. We have a passion for real estate and the short term rental business. We are excited to be able host individuals in our lovely home in Tennessee. We hope you all enjoy your experience with us and make our townhome your vacation destination.
Private street on a cul de sac. House is off a main street, but the neighborhood and cul de sac is quiet You will need a car to get around. There is public transportation nearby. You will have a private 2 car garage and driveway for any additional vehicles. There is street parking if needed.
