Completed in 2017, the single-level interior comes thoughtfully appointed for comfortable modern living. The fully enclosed backyard offers a private slice of sun-soaked paradise complete with a furnished patio & newly added putting-green with artificial turf! North Peninsula State Park is just over three miles north of the home and popular Daytona Beach is a 16-mile drive south. The home has everything you need for a carefree vacation with home essentials including a well-appointed full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The primary bedroom includes its own smart TV and a private en suite bathroom. Please note, the available bunk bed is outfitted with child size mattress and meant for use by children. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
