I am fortunate to have many wonderful friends from around the world with diverse tastes, which has inspired my culinary skills. Over the years, I’ve explored a variety of breakfast styles, including gluten-free, pescatarian, vegetarian, pork-free, carnivore, sugar-free, vegan, flexible vegan (vegan-ish), gourmet, farm-to-table, and organic options. For you, I will craft a meal that is delicious, healthy, and as organic and farm-fresh as possible. Expect a three-course breakfast designed to meet your dietary preferences and provide the energy needed for an active day or a relaxing stroll. Breakfast is served with freshly brewed local organic coffee, juice, and water. A wide selection of teas is also available to suit your taste. My goal is to create a satisfying, nourishing experience that exceeds your expectations and helps you start your day on the right note.

The Oliver Phelps house was built in 1813 and expanded in 1830. An example of Greek revival architecture, it retains lovely features for today’s guests: twelve-foot ceilings, wide plank floors, blown glass window panes, old-growth trees on the grounds, and the spaciousness of a great Federal period home. Experience Canandaigua from one of five comfortably appointed and spacious guest rooms, all with private en-suite baths, several with fireplaces. Our home is tastefully furnished with period antiques, but updated for all modern conveniences, including WiFi and central air conditioning. Awake to a delicious three course gourmet breakfast served with local juices, coffee, or tea.
