Tear off and rebuild as new house. all living facilities are new. the best location in Queens,New York. one of the greatest mall "BAY TERRACE MALL" is in 4 blocks between. LIRR train Bayside stop to Manhattan in 15 Mins walk. or 5 Mins bus. Quiet and Safety place is good for vacation or NYC visitor.
