This house is in an area called the village. Similar to a neighborhood. It is quiet and the neigbors live here full time. Please be curtious and quiet as well.
Plenty of parking under the house. 9'-6" clearance. Parking in front or beside the house too. The whole drivable part of the island is less than 8 miles. 1.3 miles to the closest public beach plus it has a pool and restaurant. 4.8 miles and 3.6 miles to two other beach accesses. Walking and biking distance to many stores and restaurants near the house. Boat launch too!
