The Cabins at Blacktail property sits on a beautiful, secluded and heavily forested 4 acres. The surroundings are quiet, the creek is audibly flowing, the stars are bright and lights are dim. With the town of Lakeside just 3 miles away, you will feel tucked away in the wilderness yet close to all the comforts of city life close by. Lakeside offers quaint local coffee shops, a fully stocked grocery store, a fun and delicious brewery and the only publicly accessed park and "beach" in the surrounding area - Volunteer Park. Rent paddle boards, kayaks or take a dip in the cool crystal clear waters of Flathead Lake. Play frisbee, have a picnic or sip a coffee or tea with a good book. If mountain biking is your speed, visit Lakeside's own Legacy Bike Park or hit the hiking and ATV trails up Blacktail Mountain. Visiting in late summer? Pick fresh huckleberries mountainside or pick up some cherries and apples from Lakeside's family owned Cherry Haus. Day trip?
