This unique place has a style all its own. If you think of Cape Coral Florida, and think boating by day, and nights by the pool. You are thinking of this place! Have your dream vacation in our lovely, waterfront, pool home in Cape Coral. In the the yacht club & a short bike or car ride to Boat House Tiki Bar & most restaurants on Cape Coral Parkway - close to everything! Rent a boat, or kayaks. & park them at our boat dock! Enjoy sunsets at the pool and the thoughtfully appointed interior
Enjoying retirement in Florida living fulltime in South West, but part time traveling all over Florida and beyond. I have a wanderlust for the East Coast now. Coming from the west coast this has been an amazing adventure. I plan on getting to see the capital of each state, over the next decade. I want to feel like my life is a vacation and in Florida I'm living this life. Hoping to host many like minded guest. I’m close by when I’m in town but have a PM Tina that is on call if needed.
Located in the picturesque city of Cape Coral, the Yacht Club area is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a waterfront experience. With its beautiful pool, currently under renovation and set to reopen in 2026, and close proximity to both the boathouse and beach area, the Yacht Club offers visitors a unique and enjoyable experience. The surrounding area is also home to a wide range of family-owned restaurants and bars, including the Jungle bird tiki hut, Yellowfin sushi, Merritt Fish House, and Stone-throw restaurant, all of which serve a diverse range of cuisine sure to please any palate. If you're looking for entertainment in the evening, Cape Cabaret is the place to go, with its multiple cover bands and nightly performances. Cape Coral is a bike and walking friendly area with well-designed infrastructure, making it easy to navigate and explore. In addition, transportation services like Uber are readily available and affordable, ensuring that residents and visitors can easily access different parts of the city. For instance, it only takes a small fee to reach 47th Terrace, where there is a variety of restaurants, bars, and a bustling Saturday morning farmers market.
