I'm Matthew Mitchell and I have taken over property management for the two listed properties as of October 2021. I am native Utahn who has spent plenty of time in Salt Lake City, Park City, St. George and Hurricane. I love food the outdoors and exploring cities. So if you need any recommendations for places to see and things to do while staying at my listings please ask! My goal is to make sure every guest has an enjoyable stay at our condos so if there are any questions or concerns before during or after your visit with us please let me know.
Our smart lock system allows for a seamless check-in process, giving you the flexibility to arrive at your own convenience. And don't worry, if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Superhost Matthew is just a phone call or message away, available 24/7.
Our resort-style amenities will make you feel like you're on a permanent vacation. Take a dip in one of our pools, soak in the hot tub, play a game of basketball or tennis, or get your workout in at our fitness room. Our outdoor pool is heated from Presidents Day to Thanksgiving, and our indoor pool is heated year round.
Conveniently located just 45 minutes from Zion National Park, you can take a scenic drive to explore this stunning natural wonder with its sandstone cliffs and slot canyons, or enjoy the hiking at the numerous other nearby state parks and trails.
Sand Hollow State Park, renowned for its red sand beached, rock formations. and the sparkling blue water of the Sand Hollow Reservoir is a favorite destination among off-roaders, fishers and boaters is only 15 minutes away.
For the golf enthusiasts, the Coral Canyon Golf Course is only 4 minutes away, and if you want to explore the city, St. George is just a short 13-minute drive.
