The cottage is overseen by caretakers local to the area. These managers may visit the site as needed to maintain the landscaping, however will not go inside. In the event of an issue, the caretakers are available 24/7 to address any concerns

The cottage is located on the Lake's southwestern shore. The lake is a quiet and safe place for families, many of whom have frequented this gem for generations. Please have the utmost respect and kindness to others on the lake, and neighbors along the shoreline during your stay. In front of the property's garage located across the street, there is parking to accommodate up to 4 vehicles. The speed limit on the road surrounding the lake is 25mph. Please drive slowly and be conscious of children and others around the thoroughfare. The lake is bicycle friendly.
