Welcome to The East Hill Escape, a beautifully refinished 1940's cottage spacious enough for your entire group. Feel at home with all amenities you need, including full kitchen with all necessary appliances, mudroom equipped with washer & dryer, cozy reading nooks and a private office. While this charming home is the perfect secluded getaway, it's location makes it convenient for you to get around. You are only: 5 min walk to Bayview Park 7 min drive to downtown Palafox St 15 min drive to Pensacola Beach

East Hill is the most desirable neighborhood in Pensacola, for good reason! This historic district is one of America's First Settlements and is full of renowned homes along Bayou Texar. Enjoy a casual walk around the block and you'll run into many take-one leave-one libraries. The neighborhood boasts of 10 exquisite public parks, including Bayview Park featuring boat launch, dog beach, fitness and tennis courts. The neighborhood is very quaint and low traffic. You can walk or bike to the nearby attractions, parks, or hospitality on 12th St. Find rentable electric scooters and bikes nearby, usually grouped together at the parks. Downtown is a 7 minute drive along the scenic Bayfront Pkwy, passing under the iconic Graffiti Bridge. Or hop right on the bridge to get to Pensacola Beach in 15 minutes. Pensacola Airport is a quick 9 minute drive. Get anywhere by hopping on I-110 on-ramp on Cervantes St.
