Our Amish Built 1840's farmhouse and 1977 addition was turned into a bed and breakfast in the mid 80;s making this 6000 sq ft home large enough for 2 to 19 guests. The 2.5 acre property contains multiple buildings, gardens, fire pit, outdoor games and activities and more. Each room has a special setting, private bathroom, WIFI, and more. Coffee stations and bottle water always available. Rec Room with games, TV and large sitting area. Breakfast is available for an extra charge at our second location and can be added at check-in. Children are welcome, pets approval after a discussion is had with hosts. Historic town offers shopping, eating and taking in our history. Coppes Commons offers treats, antiques and a museum of Kitchen Cabinets. Downtown shopping includes, antiques, boutique, toy store, book store, food & drink. Sountryside shopping will get you into our Amish shops and stores. You will truly enjoy visiting Nappanee.

We enjoy our property by working in the gardens and the woodshop, playing basketball in the barn and sitting on our patio with a hot fire. We enjoy hosting and making breakfast for travelers. Our setting is unique as it is an original farm to the area that is now in the city limits. Everything is just minutes away.

Our quiet neighborhood surrounds us with homes built in the early 90's and others in the early 2000's. We see beautiful sunrises in the morning, its a great place to walk or take a bike ride. There is a park within walking distance and a golf course just few roads over. Easy access to US 6 or SR 19.
