Welcome to our perfectly located mountain townhome, two miles from Rocky Mountain National Park and two miles from downtown Estes Park. Our home boasts unobstructed views of the majestic Rocky Mountains across a designated open space where elk, deer and various wildlife are often spotted by our guests. We are Colorado natives and love all that our state has to offer. We enjoy spending time in the mountain especially with our kids and 12 grandchildren. We have been hosting our two Estes Park condos for 4 years now, and would love to offer suggestions for your upcoming stay. Enjoy your time in Estes Park!
The neighborhood consists of a few new-build duplexs, and is small, quiet, and backs up to an open space.
Snow removal is included during the winter months. The Rocky Mountain National Park Entrance is an easy two miles from our home. Food and shopping in downtown Estes Park is two miles away from our home.
