Gated, Amenity-Rich Community. Slow Speed Limits (25mph) - walk or bike and enjoy! The community is a large (~150 acres) gated community with posted speed limits of 25 mph. Members and Guests have access to all areas and facilities, except for individual residential lots and the community gym. Please feel free to enjoy the area using bicycles, skateboards, scooters, electric scooters, or simply walking and exploring. The three lakes are all accessible for guests for recreation. Parking is restricted to the driveway in the Green Forest Retreat or marked parking spots located around the community - please do not park on the side of the road. Security will ticket vehicles parked on the roadside.
