The location gives you the best of all worlds, with the heart of downtown less than a mile west. You'll be close to excellent restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries, not to mention the festivals that fill the town from May until October. Beach-goers will be within a four-mile drive or bike ride of Long Point, Race Point, and Herring Cove Beaches as well. After a day spent swimming, whale-watching, or playing a round at Highland Links (six miles south), come home to soak up the view of the bay from your private deck overlooking the beach. In addition to the lower-level communal deck, the private deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset meals, and after-dinner cocktails. With its white shiplap walls and plentiful windows on two sides, the living space is full of natural light and big bay views. Enjoy a recently renovated kitchen with every essential (including a stainless steel gas stove), a built-in dining table, and an airy living room where you can stream movies on the smart TV. The window-lined bedroom - accessible via a spiral staircase - is a loft-style room lined with windows, allowing you to wake up each morning with a view of the water.
