Welcome to The Little Park located in Farmington, New Mexico! Perfectly situated in the heart of the Four Corners region, our tiny house offers a comfortable and convenient home base for exploring all that the area has to offer. The Little Park is a backyard vacation rental & RV park. Guests are comprised of long-term tenants and vacation-stayers. Our community provides a peaceful getaway where you can relax and unwind. The Little Park is completely fenced with gate access to the street on a cul-de-sac with quiet neighbors. The tiny house is situated on our beautiful, secure property. Guests will have access to a private entrance and parking, as well as a small patio area perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening sunset. Our tiny homes are perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a unique and affordable alternative to traditional accommodations. The space includes a queen-size bed, a kitchenette, a cozy sitting area, and a private bathroom with a shower. The optimal amount of guests is 1-2 people, though there is enough bedding for 3 people with the foldout floor mattress in the loft. We acquired the RV park in the Summer of 2022. Initially, The Little Park’s five spaces housed long-term renters living in conventional RVs. As these folks gradually went in search of new lives and careers elsewhere, we thought about the direction we wanted to take the space. Inspired by our own love of travel, experiencing fun and unique places to stay, and that many folks were adapting remote work to equally remote lifestyles we revamped the park to offer tiny homes for vacation-stayers! Whether you are a solo traveler looking for outdoor recreation and respite, a couple or small family seeking meaningful time together and adventure in the Four Corners, we believe our tiny homes are the perfect place for your stay.

The neighborhood is behind McGee Park & Fairgrounds in Farmington NM. Depending on the side of the street you focus on you will see immaculate homes & lawn with maybe a goat in the yard or a chicken in the street, or homes in more disrepair. The tiny home itself is tucked down a long driveway behind a residential home. The neighbors are very pleasant.
