This is a private guest house for your exclusive use. It has a comfy pillow top queen bed and a click-clack couch in the living area that can accommodate one additional person. There is a private bathroom and a full kitchen. There is a steep driveway and long staircase from the welcoming downstairs entryway up to the warm and comfy living space upstairs. Every window has a different view from the garden to the mountains to downtown San Diego.
I am a management consultant and work from home most of the time. I am married with a son, 7 cats and 2 dogs. The animals have never been inside the guest house.
The Little Pumpkin Guest House is in a quiet family neighborhood and we ask that you don't disturb the neighbors with loud TV or radio. We are a mile away from Liberty Station which has a super market, shops, restaurants and a movie theater. The guest house, as is all of Point Loma, is in the flight path from the nearby airport. Quiet hours at the airport are between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am; the double-paned windows (when closed) will keep the sound at a minimum during the rest of the day. You will still hear the airplanes throughout your stay; we have provided earplugs and a white noise machine to help you rest peacefully.
