Welcome to The Max! A comfortable three bedroom, family friendly home that boasts a high-tech modern flare with board games, screened in lanai, propane grill, and refreshing pool! Located in the lower South East part of "the Cape", an area sought after because of the close proximity to everything, but yet low key and private. Only a short drive to the Cape Coral Yacht Club & Beach, where you will often see dolphins, and enjoy the sunset. Also nearby is FT Myers Beach and Sanibel Island.
If ever the need arises that you need to contact us, please do not hesitate. We want your stay to be an enjoyable and memorable one.
