Wake up amazed! Enjoy otherworldly vistas of volcanic scenery from this unique, off-grid tiny home at the foot of the world's most active volcano. Two individual pods are bridged by a lanai in the middle, creating a breezy area for sitting, dining, and planning family adventures that they will never forget. This custom tiny house was designed by Will Beilharz and built by ArtisTree Homes. Considerate Caretaker lives on site nearby. Please note, that in accordance with the Law, the following taxes will be charged: 4.712% GET 10.25% HCTAT 3% TAT Transient Accommodations Tax Certificate of Registration for Hawaii Tax ID Number: TA- (INPUT THE CORRECT NUMBER FOR THE CORRECT PROPERTY) ~ MAHALO ~

The Ohana House - an off-grid tiny-house gem - is situated on the Kalapana lava beds near the base of the Kilauea Volcano. Prepare to be blown-away! Besides being the sunniest, driest part of the island, you are surrounded by epic views of the volcano, and black lava fields as far as the eye can see. Yet it’s very close to festive farmers markets, black sandy beaches, and gorgeous coastal drives. Enjoy this elemental vortex unlike any other! ALOHA! A car is necessary. You don't need a 4wd to stay here, but the clearance to the road is kinda low so drive carefully. We do offer car rental sometimes. : )
