Welcome to the historic Pearson House, built in 1907 & now open for the first time to guests. Nestled on 275 feet of Owasco River waterfront, this impeccably designed & restored 4,300 sqft home blends classic charm with modern comfort. Enjoy the outdoors with our hot tub, grill & fire pit or relax indoors with our pool table, ping pong table, movie room & bar. A 10-minute river ride transports you to the stunning Owasco Lake.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is very friendly--our neighbors are aware of the property being Airbnb and are excited to have visitors in the area. I'd recommend having a vehicle with you, but there is also Uber and Lyft available. As well as Instacart, which allows you to spend more time at the house than at the grocery store.
