I purchasd this historic "Mansion"(on New Albany's Historic Mansion Row) in 2007 and spent several years restoring it. Previously being abandoned for 4 years it was definately forlorn but it eventually became "The Crown Jewel of New Albany" so named by the New Albany Mayor when The Pepin Mansion opened for business at a ribbon cutting ceremony in 2014. I am lucky to have had several great Innkeepers over the years with Ryan being our current Innkeeper and doing great as well! I like to say we have the BEST location in New Albany being in the middle of New Albany's Historic District (Mansion Row) on E. Main Street, the scenic Ohio River Greenway only a block away, the incredible Culbertson Mansion Museum across the street, and great restaurants with live-music with-in walking distance.

You will enjoy your stay year round! If you need transportation ask about hiring our Chauffeured 1960 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud for Dinner Out or a Bourbon/Wine Tour in the Area.

The Pepin Mansion is located in New Albany Indiana's "Historic Mansion Row" preservation district. New Albany was a powerful American River-Town in the 1800's and it's Mansions represent the rich Architectural History and beginning Industrial Might of early America. Across the street is the 1869 built Culbertson Mansion Museum, a beautiful example of an American Victorian mansion. Feel free to walk downtown to dinner or stroll along the mighty Ohio River which is only a block away on the Ohio River Greenway walking/riding path. Visit the "Falls of the Ohio" where Lewis and Clark began their "Corps of Discovery" Expedition, or Churchill Downs while you stay at The Pepin Mansion.
